Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales indicators for studios, including memberships and renewals
• Build relationships with members, corporate and local businesses
• Conduct in-person, goal-oriented consultations with trial members
• Collaborate with studio managers to ensure smooth operations
• Strategize to increase daily lead flow
• Manage entire sales process
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
• Drive client referral program
• Attend all sales and training meetings
