Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our studio team. You will greet members and guests with energy, present our workout concept, give studio tours, and partner with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout.

You will help sell memberships, follow up with prospective clients, participate in marketing events, and keep the studio clean in a collaborative, fitness-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, face-to-face or on paper.
• Energetic and enthusiastic with ability to engage customers.
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to be part of a growing company.
• Willingness to participate in training and certifications.
• Interest in fitness and Orangetheory concept.

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge.
• Present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers (intros).
• Give studio tours.
• Work with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout.
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive.
• Follow up on prospective clients.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events.
• Keep all areas of the studio clean and organized.
