Orangetheory Fitness is seeking energetic team members to welcome guests, present the Orangetheory concept, and guide new clients through their first workout.

You will tour studios, sell memberships, and follow up with prospects, while supporting marketing and outreach events. A passion for fitness and strong communication are essential in a collaborative, growth-focused studio environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, in person or in writing.

• Ability to present fitness concepts clearly to potential clients.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with enthusiasm and knowledge.
• Present the Orangetheory concept to interested customers (intros).
• Lead studio tours and guide intros through their first workout.
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive.
• Follow up with prospective clients.

• Keep studio areas clean and organized.
