OT Growth Partners’ Orangetheory Fitness studio in Shorewood, WI is looking for energetic team members to greet guests, present the OTF concept, and support front desk operations.

You’ll guide intros with trainers, help sell memberships, follow up with prospects, handle member concerns professionally, participate in events, and keep the studio clean and welcoming. Flexible schedules and free workouts are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, face-to-face or written.
• Able to work well in a team and be positive.

Responsibilities

• Greet studio guests with enthusiasm and knowledge.
• Present the Orangetheory concept to interested customers (intros).
• Assist front desk tasks including phones and member interactions.
• Give studio tours and guide intros through the first workout.
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive.
• Follow up on prospective clients.
• Handle member concerns professionally to resolve issues.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events.
• Keep the studio clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
