Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking enthusiastic individuals in California to join our studio team. You will greet guests with energy and knowledge, present the OTF concept as intros, and lead tours of the studio, guiding newcomers through their first Orangetheory workout.

You will work closely with trainers to convert intros into memberships, follow up with prospective clients, and participate in marketing and outreach events while keeping the studio clean and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as "intros"
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
