Shifts include mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends as needed. The position welcomes full-time or part-time applicants, requiring strong communication, teamwork and a customer-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Strong hospitality skills and alignment with Barry’s Mission, Vision and Values.
• Ability to work either a full-time or part-time schedule.
• Full-time employees: Must be available for a minimum of 30 hours per week with minimal restrictions. Must be available mornings, afternoons, evenings, inclusive of one weekend day (Saturday/Sunday) during studio operating hours, aligned with business needs.
• Part-time employees: Must be available for a minimum of 24 hours per week and minimum of 3-4 hours per available shift depending on state regulations. Must be available mornings, afternoons, evenings, inclusive of one weekend day (Saturday/Sunday) during studio operating hours, aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk, Facilities & Fuel Bar responsibilities carried out with focus on hospitality and brand standards.
• Assist clients with class selections, bookings, and questions; maintain a clean studio.
• Deliver first class client experience at all times and uphold brand ambassador duties.
• Handle Fuel Bar orders and pre-orders with accuracy and friendliness.
• Maintain product knowledge for studio retail operations and training participation.
• Ensure facilities are clean, stocked, and sanitized according to health codes.
• Support ongoing customer service and community outreach activities.
