Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC in Alabama is seeking a Fitness Specialist to teach aerobics, strength, cardio, and circuit training with CPR/First Aid/AED certifications. You will support event management, calendar creation, and customer service in a 24-hour operation, with shifts including days and nights.

Required: high school diploma or GED and current CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications; proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint; ability to lead classes and ensure equipment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must possess American Red Cross CPR certificate.
• American Red Cross Standard First Aid certificate or local equivalent certifications (as approved by the ACO).
• Automated External Defibrillator Certification.

Responsabilités

• Assist in event management including officiating recreation and fitness events, reporting participation, and setup/teardown.
• Create fitness calendars and marketing flyers for a 120-day event plan.
• Perform headcounts and complete periodic reports; deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage customer concerns with timely conflict resolution and action.
• Maintain both interior and exterior facilities and equipment hygiene.
• Operate in 24-hour fitness operations with day or night shifts as assigned.
