Job summary

Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC is seeking a Fitness Specialist with aerobic, weight/strength, cardiovascular, and circuit training certifications to lead and support fitness programs. The role involves event support, calendar creation, reporting, and customer service within a facility environment.

The ideal candidate will hold CPR and First Aid certifications, AED certification, and fitness instructor credentials, with strong communication skills and computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must possess an American Red Cross CPR Certificate.
• American Red Cross Standard First Aid certificate or local equivalent certifications.
• Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Certification.
• Preference for Personal Trainer and Class Instructor certificates.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist in event management for fitness events, including setup/teardown, officiating, reporting participation, and rules of engagement.
• Assist in creating fitness calendars and marketing flyers with a 120-day planning horizon.
• Perform headcounts and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Provide excellent customer service to facility patrons and address concerns promptly.
• Maintain exterior facilities (ball fields, courts, pits) and interior cleanliness and equipment hygiene.
• Maintain basic computer skills and utilize spreadsheets in Excel.
• Work shifts across days or nights as fitness operations run 24/7.
