Job summary

Exos is seeking a Fitness Specialist to supervise the fitness floor and assist members with safe and effective exercise form during workouts. You will enforce club policies and maintain daily logs of equipment maintenance and cleaning schedules.

Respond to member concerns, suggestions, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, and perform other tasks as assigned. Must hold First Aid/CPR certification and demonstrate an outgoing personality with strong communication and customer service

Qualifications

• Experience in health club or hospitality preferred or current enrollment in kinesiology courses or PT certification.
• First Aid and CPR/AED certification required.
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Job Summary

We're seeking a Fitness Specialist to join our team. As our new Fitness Specialist you will:

• Previous health club or hospitality experience preferred or current enrollment in Kinesiology courses or Personal Training Certification or course
• A current First Aid and CPR/AED certification
• An outgoing personality and excellent communication skills
• Superior customer services skills

Salary

Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $20 - $28.50/hour. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
