Job summary

Exos seeks a Fitness Specialist to supervise the fitness floor and assist members with safe, effective exercise form. You will enforce club policies, maintain logs for equipment maintenance and cleaning, and respond professionally to member concerns.

Candidates should have health club or hospitality experience or current enrollment in kinesiology or personal training certification, plus a First Aid/CPR-AED.

Qualifications

• Previous health club or hospitality experience preferred or current enrollment in Kinesiology courses or Personal Training Certification or course.
• A current First Aid and CPR/AED certification.
• An outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.
• Superior customer services skills.

Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $20 - $28.50/hour. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
