Key Responsibilities:
  • Encourage members to utilize our diverse fitness offerings and motivate team members to do the same.
  • Build and lead a high-performing membership team aligned with company initiatives.
  • Meet project and department milestones within approved budgets.
  • Enforce club rules and policies while promoting proper procedures.
  • Provide feedback to the General Manager on performance gaps and make hiring recommendations.
  • Manage personal training sales and monitor key metrics.
  • Train staff to generate leads and new business.
  • Conduct regular performance review meetings with direct reports.
  • Serve as manager-on-duty as needed to resolve member concerns.
Mandatory Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in personal training techniques and sales.
  • Strong business judgment and analytical skills.
  • Effective leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Current CPR Certification and National Certification as a Personal Trainer.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, stand for extended periods, and maintain professionalism.
  • 5-10 years of multi-unit management experience in sales-driven environments.
  • Proven track record of translating strategy into results.
  • Willingness to travel between club locations.
  • Fitness Certification from a recognized authority.
  • Preferred BA or BS degree, especially in a sales-related field.
  • Bilingual skills preferred.
