D1 Training in Clearwater, FL is seeking a high-energy Fitness Sales Specialist to drive outbound outreach, set appointments, and convert leads into active members. You will be the first point of contact for prospective athletes, guiding them to the right training program and maximizing trial bookings.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in inside or membership sales, are comfortable with high-volume outreach, and can maintain momentum toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Position Overview

This is not a “stand behind the desk and wait” role. We’re looking for a high-energy Fitness Sales Specialist who thrives on outbound outreach, appointment setting, and converting leads into committed members. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective athletes, responsible for driving trial bookings and guiding them into the right training program. What You’ll Do

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
