D1 Training is hiring a Fitness Sales Specialist in Auburn, AL. You will be the first contact for prospective athletes, driving trial bookings and guiding them into the right training program. If you thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment, you’ll fit in well.

You will focus on outbound outreach, quick responses to inquiries, and achieving clear, measurable sales targets while representing a growing fitness brand with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience, especially in outbound or membership sales.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls and follow-up.
• Strong verbal communication and confident phone presence.
• Organized lead management and diligent note-taking in CRM.

Position Overview

This is not a “stand behind the desk and wait” role. We’re looking for a high-energy Fitness Sales Specialist who thrives on outbound outreach, appointment setting, and converting leads into committed members. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective athletes, responsible for driving trial bookings and guiding them into the right training program. If you like fast-paced environments, clear goals, and actually seeing the results of your effort, you’ll fit in here.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls, texts, and follow-ups to new and existing leads


• Set appointments for free trials, consultations, and workouts


• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries (speed matters here more than you think)


• Guide prospects through the sales process from first contact to membership


• Recommend the right training program based on individual goals


• Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking in the CRM


• Consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of sales experience (inside sales, membership sales, or similar)


• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and follow-up


• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone


• Organized and disciplined with lead management


• High energy, competitive, and goal-oriented


• Customer service experience (fitness industry a plus, not required)

Compensation

$20.00 - $20.00 per hour
