Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of personal training experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience in fitness or sales.

• Support the Senior Fitness Sales Manager.
• Lead, mentor, and hold personal trainers accountable.
• Meet individual sales goals and contribute to department revenue.
• Conduct fitness assessments and personal training sales presentations.
• Collaborate with leadership to execute events and initiatives.
