Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as “intros”
Giving studio tours
Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
Following up on prospective clients
Participating in marketing and outreach events
Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
Conduct minimum 40 outreach efforts to prospects per shift
Secure, close and retrain 7 New Members per Month
Maintain an active CPR/AED certification throughout employment term

Weekly Shift Schedule

Full Time: Starting 35-40 hours per week (minimum 5 shifts per week - minimum 35 hours per week, with opportunity for up to 6 shifts per week - maximum 40 hours per week).
Part Time: Starting 30-35 hours per week (minimum 4 shifts per week - minimum 30 hours per week)
