Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking enthusiastic individuals who can share our story with everyone who walks through the door or calls for information. If you thrive on talking to people, you will help prospective clients understand the OTF concept and the value of a membership.

You will work in a collaborative studio, greeting guests, giving tours, guiding intros with trainers, and assisting in marketing and outreach events to grow the community.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with customers.
• Willingness to present the Orangetheory concept to interested clients and guide intros.
• Ability to work with trainers and support a team-oriented studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting members and potential clients with enthusiasm and energy.
