Responsibilities:

1. Greeting members and visitors with enthusiasm and knowledge.
2. Introducing the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested individuals.
3. Managing front desk duties, including answering phones and assisting members.
4. Giving studio tours and guiding new members through their first workout.
5. Selling memberships and following up with prospective clients.
6. Addressing members' concerns professionally and effectively.
7. Participating in marketing and community outreach events.
8. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the studio.
9. Performing other duties as assigned.
