Job description

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance, allowing members to track their progress. In a 60-minute class led by a highly trained and certified coach, members aim to spend at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to elevate their heart rate and boost metabolism. This results in increased calorie burn post-workout, supported by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of intense effort in the Orange Zone, the body continues to burn additional calories during recovery over the next 24 hours.
