Job summary

Hot Springs Village Property Owners Assoc is seeking a Parks and Recreation professional to supervise instructors, schedule classes, and ensure safety across facilities. You will recruit and train staff, maintain certification records, and lead classes when necessary, delivering excellent customer service to members and guests.

Qualifications include an interest in health/fitness, an undergraduate degree preferred, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must relate to customers and resolve problems in a courteous manner.
• Experience leading and training staff across fitness programs.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must have Arkansas driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and supervise land instructors, promoting cross-training.
• Schedule instructors to cover all classes inside and outside the facility.
• Maintain records of certifications for instructors.
• Develop class formats and lead classes in a professional, safe manner.
• Serve as cashier when needed and oversee personal trainer contractors.
