HonorHealth's Medical Fitness Center in Scottsdale is seeking a Fitness Operations Attendant to support daily operations, deliver a high-quality member experience, and maintain a safe, clean facility.

The role serves as the first point of contact for members and guests, assisting with check-ins, transactions, and account management while supporting medically integrated fitness programming. Required CPR/BLS certifications and a High School Diploma; Associates preferred. Full-time, day shift.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or facility operations experience preferred.
• 1 year in a fitness or medical fitness environment preferred.
• CPR and BLS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide member services at the front desk and manage attendance.
• Maintain clean, safe facility and restock supplies as needed.

Responsibilities:

JOB SUMMARY

The Fitness Operations Attendant supports the daily operations of the Medical Fitness Center by delivering a high-quality member experience, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and ensuring efficient front desk and facility operations. This role serves as a primary point of contact for members and guests, reinforcing customer service standards while supporting medically integrated fitness programming and operational readiness across the facility.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Member Services / Front Desk Operations: Greet and check in members; ensure accurate attendance tracking. Assist with point-of-sale transactions and member account management using fitness software (front desk role).
• Facility Operations: Open and close facility as per department policy Maintain cleanliness and organization across facility spaces. Restock towels, cleaning wipes, and supplies.
• Safety & Compliance: Perform regular walkthroughs to identify cleanliness or safety issues. File incident reports when needed Support emergency response activities in accordance with established facility policies.
• Maintenance & Issue Resolution: Coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs.

EDUCATION

• High School Diploma Required
• Associates Preferred

EXPERIENCE

• 1 year, Customer service or facility operations experience Preferred
• 1 year, Fitness or medical fitness environment. Preferred

LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS

• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) - Certification, CPR/AED Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification, Required
