Orangetheory Fitness is hiring at a studio location in the New York area. You will greet visitors, present the OTF concept, give tours, and guide intros through their first workout. The role includes selling memberships, following up with prospects, and supporting events.

Qualifications

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge.
• Presenting the OTF concept to any prospected members, also known as “intros”
• Giving studio tours
• Selling memberships based on each intro's goals and needs
• Following up with prospective clients daily
• Participating in marketing and outreach events, both in studio and off-site
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
• Weekend availability a must
