EōS Fitness is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Fitness Manager to lead the Personal Training sales efforts. You will conduct welcome workouts for new members, guide their initial fitness experiences, and promote personal training programs to maximize sales while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires a passion for fitness, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of achieving results.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer service experience.
• 1 year of sales experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Must hold a valid Personal Training certification.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily targets by leading the team and driving sales initiatives.
• Promote personal training packages and build rapport with members.
• Achieve sales targets for PT services and small group training.
• Collaborate with membership sales to onboard new members and drive sales.
• Conduct personalized welcome workouts for new members.
