Job summary

EōS Fitness in Murphy, Texas is seeking a highly motivated, sales-driven Fitness Manager to lead the onsite personal training team, drive membership growth, and deliver an exceptional fitness experience for members.

Reporting to the District Fitness Manager, you will hire, train, and supervise staff, set appointments, build relationships, and coach trainers to convert prospects into training packages while achieving monthly targets.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience; fitness/personal training management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets month-over-month, drive membership growth and ensure the team meets goals.
• Hire, train, scheduling, and supervise staff including PT Managers, Assistant Fitness Managers and Trainers.
• Manage payroll for assistants and trainers to ensure timely payments.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures to department leaders and staff.
• Ensure staff have appropriate certifications such as CPR, First Aid, and PT certifications.
• Provide constructive feedback to staff on performance.
• Address member concerns, manage inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
• Engage with members, listen to needs, and provide helpful responses.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and proper certifications.
• Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the facility.
• Communicate calmly with staff and members during emergencies.
