Job summary

Retro Fitness in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a Fitness Manager to lead all personal training activity inside the club. You will hire, develop and manage a team of trainers while driving PT revenue and delivering results to members.

The ideal candidate holds an active personal training certification, has 2+ years of training experience, and can coach and mentor staff while achieving sales goals. CPR/AED certification is required.

Qualifications

• Active personal training certification through a recognized organization.
• Two or more years of training experience.
• Experience managing or mentoring trainers preferred.
• Sales experience or willingness to learn.
• CPR or AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit onboard and lead personal trainers.
• Coach the team to hit session utilization and sales goals.
• Lead PT integration during new member onboarding.
• Deliver an excellent member experience through training engagement.
• Oversee certifications schedules and client programming.
