The City of Auburn (Washington) is seeking a passionate Fitness Instructor to lead various group classes. Responsibilities include demonstrating techniques, supporting participants in achieving their fitness goals, and promoting a friendly community atmosphere.
Qualified candidates must be at least 21 years old with a valid Fitness Instructor Certification and current CPR certification. The role requires physical activity in a lively community environment and offers a chance to inspire others.
Join our dynamic fitness team and help our community stay active, healthy, and inspired! We are looking for enthusiastic and certified fitness instructors to lead a variety of group classes including Zumba, Yoga, Barre, Senior Fitness, HIIT Circuit, Kickboxing, Low-Impact Aerobics, Step, and more. If you have experience in other formats, we’d love to hear from you!
Your schedule will be coordinated with the Fitness Coordinator.
Work will be conducted in a community center fitness program setting. The environment could be noisy with a lot of activity coming and going. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, run, and lift.
