Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in Smyrna, GA is seeking Fitness Coaches to lead our science-backed, heart-rate monitored workouts in a welcoming group setting. You will guide members through structured sessions, ensure correct form, and motivate participants to push their limits.

A national fitness certification is required (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent); degree is not necessary. We offer paid training, flexible scheduling, a studio membership, and a clear path to leadership as a Head Fitness Coach.

Position Overview

OTF is looking for Fitness Coaches (Group Fitness Instructors) to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.

Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach:

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
• Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
• Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs
• Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout

Requirements
