Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking Fitness Coaches (Group Fitness Instructors) to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts in our Falls Church studio. You’ll motivate members through predefined workouts and ensure proper form while delivering heart-rate based training experiences.

We do not require a degree; a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or the ability to obtain one is needed.

• National fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or ability to obtain.
• Ability to connect with and motivate others.
• No degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through predefined workouts.
• Ensure members use correct form and provide corrections.
• Explain the science behind heart-rate focused training programs.
• Demonstrate and supervise use of all equipment in workouts.

Position Overview

OTF is looking for Fitness Coaches (Group Fitness Instructors) to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.

Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach:

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
• Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
• Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs
• Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout

Requirements

• No degree is needed. We require a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or the ability to obtain a certification.
• We’re looking for individuals who can genuinely connect with and motivate others.
