Orangetheory Fitness is hiring Fitness Coaches (Group Fitness Instructors) in Smyrna, GA to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, heart-rate monitored workouts. Roles involve guiding members, ensuring proper form, and applying heart-rate focused programming in a supportive group setting.

No degree is required, but a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA or equivalent) or the ability to obtain one is required, plus the ability to connect with and motivate others.

Position Overview

OTF is looking for Fitness Coaches (Group Fitness Instructors) to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.

Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach:

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
• Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
• Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs
• Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout

Requirements

• No degree is needed. We require a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or the ability to obtain a certification.
