Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking Fitness Coaches (Group Fitness Instructors) to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.

We offer compensation per session with bonuses, cash incentives, a six-month track to Head Fitness Coach, flexible scheduling, and studio membership with discounts.

Qualifications

• National fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or the ability to obtain a certification.
• The ability to genuinely connect with and motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts.
• Ensure members use correct form and offer corrections as needed.
• Understand the science behind our workouts, including heart-rate focused training.
• Demonstrate and instruct usage of all equipment used in workouts.

Position Overview

OTF is looking for Fitness Coaches (Group Fitness Instructors) to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.

Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach:

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
• Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
• Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs
• Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout

Requirements

• No degree is needed. We require a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or the ability to obtain a certification.
• We’re looking for individuals who can genuinely connect with and motivate others.
