Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness Savannah is seeking a Fitness Coach (Group Fitness Instructor) to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, heart-rate tracked workouts within a dynamic studio setting.

You will guide members through pre-defined workouts, ensure proper form, and explain the science behind our approach, while leveraging our data-driven heart-rate training to boost performance. No degree required; national cert required or ability to obtain.

• Ability to connect with and motivate others.

OTF is looking for Fitness Coaches (Group Fitness Instructors) to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.

Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach:

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts


• Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t


• Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs


• Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout

Requirements

• No degree is needed. We require a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or the ability to obtain a certification.


• We’re looking for individuals who can genuinely connect with and motivate others.
