Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is hiring Fitness Coaches to lead instructor-driven workouts in a dynamic group setting. You will guide participants through structured routines, monitor form, and apply heart-rate based training principles to optimize results.

The role emphasizes connecting with clients, motivating them daily, and maintaining high energy levels during 1-hour sessions at our studio in Natick, MA.

Qualifications

• No degree required; must hold NASM/ACE/ISSA or equivalent or be able to obtain certification.
• Ability to connect with and motivate others.
• Comfort with leading group fitness and using heart-rate focused training methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts.
• Ensure members use correct form and offer on-the-spot corrections when needed.
• Explain the science behind our workouts, focusing on heart-rate training.
• Demonstrate and supervise use of all equipment for every workout.

OTF is looking for Fitness Coaches (Group Fitness Instructors) to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.

Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach:

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
• Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
• Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs
• Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout

Requirements

• No degree is needed. We require a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or the ability to obtain a certification.
• We’re looking for individuals who can genuinely connect with and motivate others.
