Job summary

Kendal Crosslands Communities in Kennett Square, PA, is seeking a Fitness Instructor to support the Fitness Manager by designing, developing, and facilitating fitness and wellness programs aligned with Kendal Health and Wellness philosophy.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Exercise Science or related field, a motivated team player, and the ability to lead group exercise and supervise wellness activities for residents and staff.

Essential Functions:

As the Fitness Instructor, you will be primary responsible for providing assistance to the Fitness Manager by Designing, Developing, and Facilitating fitness and wellness programs that align with the Kendal Health and Wellness philosophy.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science Kinesiology, or a Health and Fitness related field.
• Highly motivated professional who brings energy, enthusiasm and dedication to a team-oriented organization.
• Ability to develop, supervise and lead appropriate wellness/fitness programs for residents and staff.
• Competency in teaching group exercise is preferred.
