Our Well-Being program is seeking its next PRN employee-owner team member for our facility, Mennonite Memorial Home in Bluffton, OH. This is an on-call/substitute position, which means work is offered on an as-needed basis. This role does not guarantee a set schedule and is not considered full-time or part-time employment. The position is on-site with no possibility for remote or hybrid work. The ideal candidate would be open to covering Naperville, IL and surrounding areas.
Position Summary
As the Fitness and Wellness Specialist, you will work closely with the residents of the community to improve the overall quality of their life. Symbria’s Well-Being program focuses on providing strategies, programs, and services to older adults, enabling them to prolong their independence. Our group exercise classes and educational sessions are based on guidelines from the American College of Sports Medicine, the Centers for Disease Control, and the National Institutes of Health. We offer advanced artificial intelligence (AI) balance assessment technology and develop customized fitness programs to meet the needs of each individual participant.
