D1 Training - Midlothian is seeking a high-energy front-desk associate to join our Recruiting team. You will handle incoming and outgoing calls, book free trial workouts and consultations, and sell all D1 products and services in a fast-paced gym setting.

The role is the first and last point of contact for members and guests, providing a welcoming experience, logging visits, and supporting daily operations to ensure a smooth guest flow and successful client interactions.

Qualifications

• Must be a high-energy individual.
• Must have 1+ years in sales.
• Must have 1+ years in a customer service setting ideally in the fitness industry.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls daily to leads with an emphasis on speed to contact.
• Nurturing leads through the sales process.
• Making sure all client notes and contacts are logged and managed correctly.
• Able to prescribe and sell the correct service based on the client's needs/goals.
