Job summary

Retro Fitness of Fairfield is seeking a Floor Tech to be the friendly face on the gym floor, ensuring the upkeep of the fitness floor, equipment, and surrounding areas. You will be the first point of contact for members and must embody RETRO values: integrity, dedication, consistency, experience and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintenance of Retro Fitness outlet main floor.
• Testing equipment for efficiency.
• Stocking of products/items.
• Lubricating and greasing of circuit training equipment.
• Reporting any facility issues to Management/Ownership.
• Spot cleaning of walls, mirrors, windows, & diamond plating.
• Re-racking of weights.
• Disinfecting equipment and upholstery.
• Facility Dusting.
• Following company policies & procedures.
