Job summary

The YMCA of Metropolitan Denver is seeking a Fitness Floor Attendant to warmly greet members and assist with basic equipment usage while upholding safety standards. You will help maintain a clean, safe workout space and foster a welcoming environment across the fitness floor.

You’ll engage members, answer questions about classes and offerings, and support a team-driven, mission-led culture that prioritizes caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• CPR/AED and First Aid within 30 days of hire.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Demonstrates YMCA values: caring, honesty, respect, responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Greet members on the fitness floor with a friendly, supportive attitude.
• Provide basic guidance on equipment use and exercise form.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workout environment.
