Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a Facilities Aid to support the management and operation of a fitness facility. You will provide information on equipment use, assist with event setups, and help maintain cleanliness and equipment condition.

This on-site role involves handling equipment, supporting instructors and patrons, and contributing to promotional activities for programs and events.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a Facility Aid in a Fitness Facility under the supervision of the Facility Manager.
• Assists in the operation of the fitness facility by providing information and general instruction on equipment use to patrons.
• Assists with setup for instructors, contractors, events, athletic activities and related functions; performs facility cleanliness and monitors contracts.
• Assists with publicity of programs and events and helps place posters, flyers and other promotional material.
• Issues and receives equipment to authorized users; monitors equipment condition and performs minor maintenance.
