Job summary

Fitness Superstore USA LLC is seeking Sales Professionals to float among our Northern New Jersey showrooms, promoting local market awareness and addressing customer exercise needs from beginners to enthusiasts.

You will help customers find solutions ranging from single machines to space planning and product selection, while ensuring sales and profitability through merchandising and inventory control.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively.
• Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service.
• Willingness to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to quickly and accurately work a register.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping.
• Work at a register to ring up and carry out customer sales.
• Collect payments by cash and credit card.
• Issue receipts and refunds to customers.
• Take added responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance.
• Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
• Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.

THE ROLE-East Hanover, Fairfield, and Somerville floater

We are looking for Sales Professionals who thrive in independent and flexible work environments and can float between our Northern Jersey locations. The daily focus is on increasing local market awareness of your showroom and addressing the specific exercise needs of your local community from beginners to fitness enthusiasts. As a Sales Professional, your goal is to use the variety of solutions available in our showrooms to help clients find anything from a single exercise machine to tailored solutions that include space planning, design, and product selection. You will be in charge of managing the operations of showroom by ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory and cleanliness of the location.
