Job summary

Crunch, LLC is seeking a Fitness Director in the United States with a focus on maximizing participation in paid Personal Training services. The role centers on acquiring new clients, retaining existing members, and guiding the member journey through our training programs.

You'll manage the CrunchOne Kickoff and direct reports, coach the sales process, and uphold company standards for punctuality, dress, friendliness, and cleanliness within the club environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed new client acquisition and existing client retention goals.
• Sell directly by performing CrunchOne Kickoffs.
• Coach, role play, and guide Personal Trainers on how to sell.
• Manage schedules and allocate resources based on KPIs.
• Ensure proper execution of the Client Journey, especially the first 90 days.
• Lead and develop a team of Personal Trainers.
• Conduct meetings to review performance and provide direction.
• Enforce the uniform policy and maintain professional standards.
• Maintain administration and progress reports for Personal Training services.
