Crunch, LLC is seeking a Fitness Director to lead the delivery and sales of paid personal training programs and drive client retention through proactive coaching and process optimization.

You will oversee the CrunchOne Kickoff, manage a team of personal trainers, and ensure a top-tier client journey from onboarding through ongoing programming. The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and adherence to brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed new client acquisition and existing client retention goals.
• Sell directly by performing CrunchOne Kickoffs.
• Coach, role play, and guide individual personal trainer direct reports on how to sell.
• Manage schedules and direct resources as informed by the various KPIs.
• Hire, train, and manage a team of qualified Personal Trainers.
• Conduct meetings with direct reports to review performance and offer direction, motivation, and guidance toward achieving individual and company goals.
• Ensure proper execution and communication of the Client Journey, with emphasis on the first 90 days.
• Maintain reports and data for clarity into performance of the business.
• Communicate takeaways and plans for improvement to the General Manager.
