Job summary

EōS Fitness in Florida is hiring a Fitness Counselor to drive member enrollment and promote our services. You will engage potential members with a friendly, energetic approach and guide them toward achieving their fitness goals.

This hourly role covers membership sales, billing support, and exceptional member service while you learn products, programs, and events. Availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays is required, and you will join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused sales experience preferred.
• Able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable with technology and learning new systems.

Our Fitness Counselors will actively pursue enrollment of new members through self-generated and company-sponsored programs, promotions, and referrals. In this fast-paced, energy-driven position, you will find success by supporting potential members in fulfilling their fitness goals. Your lively sales approach and magnetic personality will ensure that new members pursue their goals.

Responsibilities:

• Membership Sales (Club and Individual - including services, products, programs)
• Manage membership billing processes and fitness sales pipeline.
• Customer Service (friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution)
• Act as an information hub, offering comprehensive knowledge of products, programs, and events.

Qualifications:

• Comfortable with technology, ability to quickly shift focus, and phone etiquette.

Requirements:

• Must successfully pass Background Check.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.Capability to bend and stop for extended periods to access equipment and perform maintenance tasks.

Eligible for additional compensation inclusive of:

• Variable income opportunities including commission

HOURLY POSITION - ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION ELIGIBLE

$15 - $16 USD
