Job summary

Exos is seeking a Group Fitness Manager to design, develop, and manage a cutting edge group fitness program in our Philadelphia area center. You will mentor staff and members preparing them for certification, and help create marketing materials for Group Exercise and Pilates offerings.

You will track attendance, report statistics to the General Manager, and ensure an outstanding member experience with a safe, clean workspace.

Qualifications

• Nationally Accredited Group Exercise Certification is required.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications are required.
• Nationally Accredited Personal Training Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design, development, and management of a cutting edge group fitness.

• Become a subject matter expert of the Exos Experience; including Methodology, Products and Services.
• Participate in center activities, programs and spaces to understand and improve the member experience.
• Assist with training employees and/or members on offerings, tools, perks, and services as appropriate.
• Other tasks as assigned.
