Job summary

Exos is seeking a Group Exercise instructor to lead our fitness classes in San Jose, CA. You will deliver engaging, evidence-based routines and motivate participants to achieve personal fitness goals.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience leading group classes, holds a current nationally accredited certification, CPR/AED, and can teach licensed formats as needed. This is a part-time role with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year leading group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA).
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats must be trained and licensed.
• Current CPR/AED certification; First Aid certification is strongly desired.

Job Summary

We're seeking a Group Exercise instructor to lead our fitness classes.

• Confident in your professionalism by reporting on-time with a positive attitude and a passion to motivate others
• A professional who is collaborative and a flexible leader in and out of the studio

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience actively leading successful group exercise classes
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA) if necessary
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats (e.g. Zumba, Yoga) must also be trained and licensed to teach those specific formats
• Current CPR/AED certification (First Aid certification is strongly desired)

Compensation

Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $20 - $125/unit in addition to admin rates as required by local law. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications, duration of class, and work experience as well as other business needs.
