Job summary

Exos is seeking a Group Exercise instructor to lead our fitness classes in a studio setting. You will create and deliver innovative routines while motivating participants with a positive, professional approach.

The role requires at least one year of experience, a current national certification, and CPR/AED certification. Licensing for branded formats and First Aid are valued; Exos supports readiness and performance for clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience actively leading successful group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA) if necessary
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats (e.g. Zumba, Yoga) must also be trained and licensed to teach those specific formats
• Current CPR/AED certification (First Aid certification is strongly desired)
