Job summary

Workout Anytime in Princeton seeks a Sales Consultant to greet members, check them in at the front desk, and promote memberships and personal training. You’ll report to the Club Manager and join a team that emphasizes service, energy, and community.

We offer flexible scheduling and a supportive environment; prior fitness-industry experience is helpful but not required. Training is provided to help you succeed and grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, flexible, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Some fitness industry experience is nice but not required.
• Flexible schedule with weekend availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in all members.
• Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner.
• Set up new memberships.
• Sell personal training.
• Conduct guest tours.
• Assist with daily cleaning and maintenance.
• Create relationships inside and outside the gym.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.

Pay

Hourly rate, Commission, and Bonus is available.

Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To

• To become the greatest ambassador & promoter or Workout Anytime; our brand, our clubs, our services
• Greeting and checking in all members
• Answering phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner
• Setting up new memberships
• Selling personal training
• Conducting guest tours
• Assisting with the club’s daily cleaning & maintenance
• Other tasks as assigned by management
• Create relationships inside and outside the gym

Qualifications

• Desired candidates will be outgoing, flexible, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Some experience in the fitness industry is great! It is not required though, just a passion for helping people!
• A flexible work schedule is preferred with availability to work some weekends.
