Belton Parks & Recreation Department is seeking a Fitness Attendant to welcome High Blue members, train them on equipment use, and help maintain a clean, safe cardiovascular and strength area. The role emphasizes building a friendly community and accurate shift logging.

You will relay member needs to the Wellness Manager, assist with orientations, and ensure equipment safety and cleanliness for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of gym equipment maintenance and safety practices.
• Ability to operate fitness equipment and understand fitness levels.
• Strong communication skills with members and staff.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Build friendly relationships with members and guests.
• Log duties performed during the shift.
• Communicate members' needs to Wellness Manager.
• Provide orientations for facility tours upon request.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the fitness area and equipment.
• Assist with setup for weekend rentals and events.
