Job summary

Planet Fitness San Bernardino seeks staff to run PE@PF and guide members toward their fitness goals. You will design simple workouts and instruct proper equipment usage, while promoting class sign-ups and ensuring a welcoming club experience.

The role includes front desk duties, member check-ins, tours for prospects, and maintaining a clean club environment. Prior fitness trainer certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program and manage the class schedule.
• Instruct members on equipment use and assist with fitness goals.
• Promote PE@PF class sign-ups with creative ideas.
• Create bi-weekly exercise updates.
• Assist at front desk with member check-ins, sign-ups, and tours.
• Address member questions promptly and escalate when needed.
• Maintain club cleanliness and appearance.
