Job summary

Planet Fitness in San Dimas, CA is seeking a certified Fitness Trainer to lead the PE@PF program, coach members, and promote a Judgement Free Zone. The role includes front desk support, tours for prospective members, and maintaining club cleanliness and safety.

Qualified candidates will have a Nationally Certified Training Certificate, prior trainer experience, and a strong customer-service orientation. This is a full-time position at Planet Fitness with growth opportunities within the team.

Qualifications

• Nationally certified training certificate required.
• Previous Fitness Trainer/Instructor experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ and have a high school diploma.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Demonstrate diplomacy and professional behavior with members and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program and follow the schedule.
• Instruct members on proper and safe use of equipment.
• Assist in front desk activities: sign-ups, tours, and check-ins.
• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the club; ensure safety.
• Respond to member questions promptly and professionally.
• Walk the fitness areas to ensure a great member experience and address issues.
