Job summary

Planet Fitness - CA is seeking a Fitness Trainer to run the PE@PF program, assist new members in designing simple workout plans, and instruct them on proper equipment use.

You will consult with members on their fitness goals, create bi-weekly exercise updates, and meet class requirements based on club size and traffic. You’ll also assist at the front desk with sign-ups and tours, while maintaining friendly, professional service.

Responsibilities

• Run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program and create the schedule.
• Consult with members on fitness goals and teach safe equipment use.
• Create bi-weekly updates with varied exercises.
• Meet class requirements based on club size and member traffic.
• Assist front desk tasks: answer phones, check-in members, sign-ups, and tours.
• Respond to member questions promptly and escalate as needed.
