Qualifications

• Must hold a current fitness certification from an OTF approved education company.
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is required.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 40lbs safely.

• Demonstrate and explain exercises clearly for participant understanding.
• Create a positive atmosphere by fostering community among members.
• Ensure participant safety by monitoring movements and correcting form.
